Happiness?

Happiness in Islam to me comes deep inside the heart. Its a honest feeling that Allah blesses each of us with. Alhamdulillah. I believe to be 100% happy you must have good mental, emotional and physical well being. You must have faith in Allah alone and that will make the heart happy.
